Dezeen and Design Association are teaming up again this year to give five designers and artists a free exhibition space in Container Ground during Tokyo Designers Week in 2010.
Selected 10 winners of our Container Design Competition will be given a free exhibition space of shipping container at Tokyo Designers Week 2010 and some construction budget.

Entry |
All exhibitors are required to make an entry registration to exhibit. To make an entry, please follow the instruction on our web site and fill out our “entry form”. Required entry information: Name of the company and the contact person, Telephone number, Fax number, E-mail address, requested booth size and category etc. ※You will receive a confirmation email when your entry is completed. Exhibition Application Contract |
Exhibition application contract will be sent after your entry. Please fill out required information and return either by FAX or post by its due date. TWD office’s receipt date of the contract is its agreement date of the exhibition. The obligation to the payment of exhibition fee will be generated to the exhibitor from that day. ※Starting at the beginning of May Concept sheet submission will be accepted. |

Application Review |
TWD office will be reviewing the concept sheets submitted in Step 3. Application review will be held at the end of every month, and acceptance notification will be sent to each applicant by TDW organizer. |

Submission of Exhibitor Contract Form |
After acceptance, download Exhibition Application Contract Form from our web site, fill out all the necessarily information and submit by “Contract Submission Form”. Please send the original signed copy by postal mail by its due date. The contract must be submitted by the following month of your acceptance notice. Any exhibitor whose contract has not been received by its due date will be considered as a withdrawal from the exhibition. The effective date of the contract shall be the receipt date by TWD office, and exhibitor owes the payment obligation of its exhibition fee. ※Application of Contract Submission Form starts May. Payment of Exhibition fee |
An invoice for the exhibition fee will be sent upon acceptance of contact form.
Please make your payment as indicated below. The due date of your payment will be end of the following month of your application.
※Exhibition location will be on a first-come-first-served basis after the exhibition lay out has been decided. (Around mid September) |

Submit information about exhibiting work for TWD official official booklet and press. |

Exhibitor Orientations |
Exhibitor orientation is scheduled to take place in Tokyo at the end of July (Subject to change. Please confirm dates with TWD office). Using exhibitor manual we will be going over the specifics of administration and installment of exhibitions. |
